Our belief is that specifiers, designers and users of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) should have a common approach to customer/client relationship. Syscom’s policy is to use preferred partners, i.e those that have a proven industry track record that deliver to Syscom standards that are either known to us personally through our years in the industry or through a recommendation:- Syscom outsource Panels
- Syscom have an in-house Electrical Installation team and are NICEIC approved.
- Syscom will use our own directly employees together with our preferred partners to meet our current work status.

Health and Safety
The Managing Director and the Management Team of Syscom Building Management Ltd encourage and promote a strong safety culture within the company and see the implementation of Health & Safety Best practice throughout as being fundamental to the conduct of the business.Syscoms Health & Safety Best Practice document is for all employees of the company and is used to develop safe working practices. It outlines the base legislation applicable to work activities, guidance on its application, and particular needs for record keeping and recommended material for further reading on various health and safety issues.
